Great location, clean room and all the facilities you may want are available - even a bidet, which is rare in most places.
I've slept peacefully after a pretty active day in the city. Good choice in case you hate dealing with the private accommodation landlords
Slightly clogged sink, but that's not a big deal. Crowded disco-club on the ground floor, but I wasn't too disturbed by it, just a bit

Convenient location in the city centre but still quiet. We were surprised at the breakfast price because it was shockingly cheap but still very tasty!! The room was clean, the staff were really friendly, professional and caring.
The bed mattress could be a little thicker.

Good value for money, clean, central location, helpful staff. Maybe I was lucky but I didn't have any issues with noise (as mentioned in some of the reviews) during the night I stayed there.
I would have liked to have a kettle available but this might not be the norm in Ukraine.

Noise from karaoke downstair and bowling upstairs. There is no way hotel can be in the same building with disco and bowling
