This is really an aparthotel, because it is staffed all day and rooms are made up on request. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room felt small but the bathroom was big by contrast, and had a bath in it. The kitchenette and fridge were handy. The place is a very short walk from the train station.
Steep staircases to the upstairs rooms. If you have limited mobility you can request a ground floor room, but I didn't think of it.

Staff were great, once I booked they immediately checked if I had booked the correct year - which I hadn't - so that was really useful. Location was great close to the train station, place was clean and check-in was very easy.
I booked a deluxe room, specifically because it had a separate bath and shower on the pictures, but then I was "upgraded" without asking to a two bedroom apartment, which made no difference as I was alone, but this one had a shower in the bathtub. The plug for the bathtub then was broken and stayed sealed, so I had to use a knife to get it out. The noise insulation also isn't that great between apartments, from the bedroom I could here the people in the flat above me chatting until 1am.
