Perfect location for the station, river and park walks. plenty of parking. We stayed in the King size room. Beautifully designed and very comfortable.
Continental breakfast was lovely.
David was very helpful with information about the local area. Including a great place for dinner.
I look forward to staying again when I'm in the area.

Beautiful home with a wonderful host.
David made us feel very welcome and was truly gracious and easy to be with.
Rooms were large and well appointed.
Breakfast was lovely and the other guests were friendly and as chatty as us!
David was really lovely and we will definitely stay here next time we are in Preston, a real gem.
