The apartment was almost new, the kitchen part is very well equipped. Very welcoming staff. There is a car park at the back for £5 a day which is reasonable.
Above all, extremely competitive price.

The apartment and building were very new and very clean. The location was great,only a ten minute walk to the city centre. The football ground was a 15 minute walk in the other direction (our reason for staying).
Great facilities in the room and a really comfortable bed.
Pub next door was great too!
Just two negatives 1:no air con,although it was a particularly warm night.A fan was provided, and it would have not been a problem at any other time of the year. 2:We couldn't check in until 3pm,which was not a problem, but that meant that we couldn't park on the car park until then.Found a spot up the road and moved the car later.

It was a good size and the kitchen was reasonably stocked.
The flooring was rippled, the extractor fan did not work. The wardrobe was right next to one side of the bed so no table on that size and felt a bit blocked in. But mostly it was just so hot. A fan was provided but it hardly did anything. There are communal areas but they are in a separate building.
