Na pelqeu shume hoteli, pamja ishte fantastike. Kur rrije n ballkon ose ne bari jashte ajri ishte i paster. Po ashtu edhe dhoma ishte e paster. Stafi ishte shume i sjellshem, zonja e recepsionit ishte e sjellshme dhe e gatshme per te na ndihmuar ne cdo moment. Sherbimi shume i mire.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Kristal Hotel in Korça. The location is perfect, peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the essentials and a cozy atmosphere.
What really stood out was the kindness and professionalism of the staff — always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. You can feel genuine hospitality from the moment you enter.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Korça.

Hotel Kristal was perfect. It has a beautiful mix of history with modern comfort. Our room was spotless and cozy, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is ideal central yet peaceful. ☺️
