The location was great - close to everything. Alsio the complimentary chocolates and water issued on a daily basis is a nice gesture. The fridge and kettle in the room was nice.
The floor in the shower felt awkward - almost slippery.

Convenient location
We were upgraded to a premium room but there was only a bath.. no shower ( just a shower head in the bath) would have preferred the deluxe room that has a shower cubicle.
We only booked as needed a room for a late flight got so didn’t actually stay the night which I told them about when I checked in..
When I handed in room card at 8pm I was questioned by reception about not checking out tomorrow. She said she had to confirm with someone and tried to make us stay until someone arrived. After a few minutes no one arrived so I said I had paid in full for the room and wanted to leave for airport. She tried to keep us there . I told her I wasn’t going to wait and headed out for our taxi. She couldn’t explain to me why she wanted to wait so I just left.. a bit strange.

Location was great close to everything you need. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was great with 24 hr room service.
The bed was up against wall on one side made it hard to get in and out of. The shower was only able to be hung at hip height. The walls had black mold that was washed off but could still see it.
