Tutto bene!

L'appartamento è piccolino ma super accessoriato, non mancava assolutamente nulla. Nella zona giorno è presente il TV e un piccolo divanetto e inoltre: forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, piano cottura a 4 fuochi, macchina del caffè, bollitore, tostapane, lavatrice... La casa nonostante sia piccolina, nel particolare la zona giorno, è molto accogliente. Il bagno sufficientemente grande, in cui troviamo doccia anch'essa spaziosa e in dotazione ben 4 kit biancheria, 2 a testa, composto da: tovaglietta, asciugamani e telo doccia. La camera da letto ben spaziosa e accogliente, il letto comodo e confortevole, abbiamo dormito davvero bene! Inoltre in camera è presente un grande armadio, una cassettiera e due comodini. L'intero appartamento è climatizzato ed in bagno è presente un termosifone elettrico, perfetto per far riscaldare, oltre l'ambiente in se, anche gli asciugamani per ritrovarli caldi dopo la doccia o al mattino, soprattutto quando fa tanto freddo! I proprietari squisiti, ci siamo trovati davvero bene e ci ritorneremo senz'altro al prossimo soggiorno nella capitale! L'appartamento è ubicato in un palazzo, suppongo storico, in cui è presente un piccolo ascensore. Ma la cosa fondamentale è che si trova in un punto strategico della città, vicinissimo al Vaticano e alla metro Ottaviano con la quale si possono raggiungere facilmente quasi tutte le attrazioni della città!

Se proprio dobbiamo trovare il pelo nell'uovo come si suol dire dalle mie parti, magari un phon più prestante sarebbe ben gradito a chi porta i capelli lunghi.

Really helpful host, perfect location near the metro station, many restaurants, bistros, shops and luxurious ice cream as well ;) just 10 minutes from Vatican square and 2 minutes to Vatican museums. Accomodation cosy, clean - we appreciated coffee capsules at the morning.

Great for a short stay

There was a stove, air conditioning and a tv which was a great feature to the apartment!

The windows barely opened and it was always dark in the apartment which made bad airflow and always smelt like the food we just cooked the day before.

Lovely accommodation, very comfortable. Easy check in. The apartment had everything we needed and received fantastic restaurant recommendations from the owner. Also, it was very quiet! We had decent sleep every night so we were well rested and good to go in the morning :-)

Great location, nice and comfort accomodation, well equipped appartment. And hosts are just amazing. We had flight delay, and they waited for us till very late. We met Ferrucio, he was such a great person, smiling and willing help us with everything. I highly RECOMMEND.

There was nothing to complain.

Apartment is located very close from Vatican City, you can see museum from the window and also close to near metro station. Host are very friendly and we were able to stay until 5pm on check out day so didn't have to carry bags with us.

A very pleasant accommodation in a perfect area.

The location was amazing, very close to the bus station and to the metro (5 minutes of walking), restaurants and supermarkets everywhere. The apartment is large enough, well equipped with everything necessary for a family of 3. We got very fast the keys and somehow communicated in Italian without knowing Italian, Mille Grazie signora Rosi!

The bed and the sofa are not so great, also the windows don't isolate too much the night noise from the streets, but overall, it was a great accommodation, we would return anytime here.

Good location; had drinks/snacks on the arrival; well arranged check-in and easy check-out; comfortable bathroom; caring host

Unfortunately WiFi wasnt working for half of our stay (2 day stay), only fixed in the afternoon of the 2nd day; air conditioner was leaking when working at lower temperature; pointy bed platform which can hurt you especially waking up/walking at night

Great location

Both Rosy and Ferruccio were very helpful, lovely people. The apartament is really nice and cozy. Great spot, nice restaurant and coffee place near the apartment. Close to Vatican, you can also easily reach Trastevere and the city centre by foot. Unless you're lazy, the metro station is nearby ;)

Comfy, clean and modern feel.

Comfy and Feruccio was an amazing host. Very clean and has everything you'd need for an extended stay. Seemed renovated and has a modern aesthetic.

A little noise from street but not Terrible.

The host is very kind and attentive He gave us a lot of useful advises and full support The flat is clean and comfortable. Equipped with A/C... even two of them )) 4-5 minutes walk to Vatican Museum...4-5 minutes to Metro Station About 20 minutes to St Angel’s castle Great cafe for breakfasts and lunches down in the same building and a nice restaurant opposite Ask the host, he shares with pleasure

Exceptional

The property is close to Vatican walls and 10 minutes walk to St. Peter square. The apartment is well equipped with everything you might want: fridge, microwave oven, wash machine, Netflix, wifi, AC in every room. Everything worked well and the bed was comfortable. Ferruccio waited us, gave us the keys and explained everything about the apartment. Thank you Ferruccio! You are a great host!

Being in an old building, the elevator is quite small and it's difficult to use especially if you have oversize luggage. The apartment is on 3rd floor but for daily use the elevator is enough.
