Excelente ubicación, relativamente cerca de Escazú y SJ, Excelentes instalaciones con piscina y el mirador por la noche es genial para conversar y apreciar la vista de parte de San José, equipo y utensilios para preparar alimentos, un éxito! Recomendado!

Pros: - The house is very spacious—more than enough for the size of our group. The shared living room and kitchen areas are especially large, making it very comfortable to spend time together during our stay. - The number of beds matched the listing - The central location is ideal for anyone looking for a family gathering place without having to travel far from San José. - The kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. - Security. The neighborhood was safe and the property does feel safe as well. - The view from the property to San Jose is beautiful.

Cons: - The pillows are not too comfortable and beds were hit and miss, some very comfortable, some not so much. - One of the bathrooms and one of the bedrooms do not have doors. It's not because they're broken—it's simply part of the house's design. However, since this property is intended for large groups, bedrooms and bathrooms should provide privacy. For example the bathroom in the room with several beds isn't really usable since it has not privacy at all. - The pool is much smaller than it appears in the photos. - There are quite a few stairs leading down to the house. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but it should be reflected in the listing photos because it could be very difficult for guests with limited mobility or wheelchair users to access the property. - After booking I was contacted and advised that I needed to reach the property via WhatsApp for payment information. Upon doing so I was informed that they were unable to process card payments via booking, which left me only the option of bank transfer. For the security deposit I was asked to bring it in cash to the property. All that seems a bit off. When I use Booking I prefer to handle everything regarding payments through the platform, not deal with cash on site. - Only one of the heating elements of the kitchen stove worked. Areas of improvement: - It would be a good idea to install emergency lighting in the common areas of the house (living room, stairs, and kitchen). We had a 3 hour power outage during our stay (not the property's fault), and the place was pitch dark. Emergency lights can be cheap and very useful in situations like these. - It would be a good idea to install a TV in the main living room area, it would make a great place to watch a soccer match, like we wanted to do for the World Cup games. Unfortunately the TVs are only available in some rooms, so we ended up using a laptop to be able to watch together in the living room.
