Location, staff
Felt unkempt - rips in the bedroom curtains, yellowing bed linen, water stains on the couch, only one small couch for 3 people (no other comfortable chair) , no shelf in ensuite shower in either apartment we rented, broken shower head in second bathroom

The unit had a smell, the carpet left your feet black if you had no shoes on, the washing machine door handle was broken, the ceilings had dust on them from the vents, the blinds on the windows are filthy dirty, I will never book this place again

"Staff were very helpful. From booking unit to arriving were sent many emails etc to keep us in the loop. Carpark was free which was an added bonus and rental was quite affordable."
