Very large for price. Beautiful view of city. 8 min walk up to St Andrews Hospital. Close to Queen Street Mall using free Spring Hill loop bus. Apartment tired looking but with all amenities necessary, nice, quiet pool area with seating and pool table. Quiet area. Bonus washing machine and coffee pod machine. Cafes for breakfast nearby. Bed comfy.
Could have been a little more seating as there was plenty of space for it. The bathroom is looking tired and needs an upgrade but perfectly suitable for our needs.
