Good value for money.
Beds were comfortable and good sheets. We stayed in a nice apartment on top floor that had a double height ceiling in the living room. Was quiet.
Well stocked kitchen. Big tv.
No elevator, which wasn't overly clear and we were travelling for a medical appointment. I had requested a quiet room high up if there was an elevator, ground floor if no elevator. Got roomed 4 floors up, and it was clear it'd be too hard to change it.
There is a lip or small step up into both bathrooms that needs to have some sort of tape to define it for safety. Mum tripped on it several times during her stay. Not ideal when travelling for surgery.
No tv aerial so no free to air tv.

The location was good as we had an event at Suncorp Stadium and it was an easy 2km.
Reception was closed on arrival, even though its states they are open until 5pm. We had to call someone and then wait for 10 minutes for them to arrive. After a long drive it would have been nice to just check in straight away.
The room was all locked up and dark on arrival, and had a musty smell. Neither of the heaters/coolers worked at all. The bed only had a sheet and a light blanket which wasn't even big enough for the bed, so we spent the night freezing cold. The water pressure in the shower was awful, you could only get the temp to super hot or super cold. There was tea and coffee provided which was nice, but not even a couple of little milks to go with it.
