Situated in Oceanside, this charming house for $654 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. If you are looking for a fully air conditioned, beautiful, professionally decorated front ocean view home that will draw the "WOW!" out of you as you enter, you have just found it! Located within the beachfront community of Oceanside, California, between the Cape Cod style harbor and the Oceanside pier sits this stunning home with front ocean views from nearly every room. This home is totally geared with families of all ages in mind, allowing you to travel light since we have provided 2 pack n' plays, a high chair, stroller and beach toys. Girls and friends' weekends are also very popular and no one needs to bring beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas or ice chests, etc. The home is within walking distance of the harbor and pier and the beach is just a few steps outside of your backyard gate. This unique beach home boasts 4 on site parking spaces (2 enclosed garage spaces and 2 driveway spaces). Renovated and decorated like a model home, it has beautiful furniture throughout. The family room has a giant 70 inch high definition TV with surround sound. All 4 bedrooms have 46 inch flat screen TV's. All three master bedrooms are complete with luxurious pillow-top king-size beds. Two of the three king-sized masters have full ocean views. In the third king bedroom you can enjoy your morning coffee in your own private ocean view patio. The beach/surf themed kids' bunk room sleeps 4 and has its own attached bath. The family room has an ultra comfortable queen sized, tempur-pedic couch bed. So the home actually sleeps 12. The three bathrooms are beautifully appointed in combinations of granite, Travertine, sea glass and marble tiles. Enjoy cooking in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, white subway tiles, 2 large refrigerators, Viking professional cook top, silent dishwasher and oven. You will have everything you could possibly need to whip up a great meal or drink. We even provide lobster pots! Prefer not to cook? There are several great restaurants and bars...even an ice cream shop etc. within walking distance. On the large deck overlooking the Pacific, enjoy 180 degree white water views. Relax and soak in the sun on the chaise lounges. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean and sip on a tropical drink under two large umbrellas or simply enjoy outdoor dining with your family and friends. Backyard entertaining is enhanced by the large stainless steel gas BBQ. Four beach cruiser bicycles with helmets are available for your enjoyment during your stay. A two-seater 'Radio Flyer' wagon is also available to take the little ones for a ride or to cart items to the beach! Other amenities for your use include boogie boards, children's books and many sand toys for the kids. This house was lovely! Everyone in our group loved it. It was impeccably decorated and incredibly well-stocked with everything you will need. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms offered plenty of room for our family. Each bathroom was brand new, and the beds were super-comfie! The deck had ample seating for all of us, and we enjoyed a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean with our morning coffee and evening cocktails!

We had the best time during our stay in Oceanside. Diane was an amazing host and the house was perfect for our family. I loved the views from the deck and being able to walk down to the beach each day with the kids. If we come back to the area, I'll look to stay here first!

We spent Thanksgiving week with our family of 8. We were close to the beach and enjoyed beautiful sunsets, beach walks and surfing. The home was comfortable and beautifully appointed and met our every need. We were greeted with a wonderful bowl of snacks and wine which disappeared instantly after a long day of travel!

Our group was 7 ladies celebrating our 29th!/maybe 30th?! annual girls trip, and this home was just beautiful and worked wonderfully for us. We all loved the house, especially the view of the ocean and proximity to the ocean (not 'right on' the beach with no privacy, but 1 street across was ideal).
Pros: very nice owners, location, parking spots! (more on that later), beautifully and comfortably decorated, great beds, well-stocked and good sized kitchen with nice big breakfast bar, well-stocked towels/linens, lovely patio, and again a great location for going on walks alongside or on the beach in either direction, plus plenty of restaurants etc. nearby if you want to go out.
No actual Cons - just a couple things that might be helpful for prospective tenants to note:
Re: parking, the 2 outdoor spots can accommodate larger/longer vehicles (such as SUVs), but to park inside the garage, the vehicle(s) need to be on smaller/shorter side to fit.
Re: dining table options, the largest and only dining table is on the outdoor patio (which is lovely), and only the large breakfast bar inside is for indoor dining; I mention this because I was slightly nervous when booking about not having an actual dining table indoors in case it was too cold outside, etc., but actually(!) it ended up NOT being an issue at all! The weather was nice and we had plenty of room indoors to eat at the breakfast bar and play games on the coffee table, too!

This place is great for families! There were 10 of us; six adults and four children, ranging in age from 14 mo to 74 years. Everyone had a great time! The beach is so close, with lots of opportunities to walk to other attractions. Highly recommend!

We have 5 kids and did a week in California… Stayed the first few days closer to LA so we could take in some of the sites there, and then wanted to do a few days at a beach house close to the ocean!
I searched from San Diego to Ventura in an effort to find something that was aesthetically pleasing, close enough to the water so you could see it, and also offered other opportunity like restaurants and bars in a cute area to explore… And wanted to do all of that finding good value.
Well, Diane and Mike’s home really helped me to hit on all cylinders. The views from the deck are absolutely beautiful, the attention to detail and the cleanliness of the home was perfect, an the availability to walk 10 minutes and have an array of restaurants, coffee shops, and the pier was perfect.
Our kids range between 9 and 12… And we felt comfortable letting them go for walks on their own, and even making their way down to the beach by themselves. While a small row of homes sit lower than this property between the property and the beach, you can’t beat the view of the ocean, the palm trees, and quite frankly your family on the sand in front of you.
As far as the hosts, you won’t find many much better than Diane and Mike. In our 5 days there, there was one small issue, which they communicated to me before I brought it to their attention… And it was fixed shortly there after. There’s nothing better than a proactive host! This is a great property in a great location with great hosts!

Loved , the property, clean & plenty of space for our group of 9 people. Beach just a short walk, clean beach. Area is quiet, you do occasionally hear footsteps above you from the neighbors. Two parking garages, with two extra spots outside - worth your weight in gold!!!
Kitchen is equipped with all that you would need. You do need to bring extra trash bags, tide pods & paper towels. All else is provided for you. Two refrigerators is a bonus, the freezer in kitchen a bit hard to open/close.
Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, the master tv sound did not work; but I used closed caption - not that I really watched TV.
Plenty of beach towels, chairs, boogie boards for all to use. Such a pleasure not have lugged that from home.
The outside patio looking out to the ocean will bring down your blood pressure! Million Dollar Views!

When finding a home to fit a mix of adult family a children, it can be challenging to find the right room and bed set up but this house was perfect! My brother in law and mother in law each had their own rooms on the first floor with a bathroom that had double sinks. My husband and I and our kids had the two rooms upstairs with each room having its own en suite. The location made getting to the beach very convenient. The steps are the quickest way but if you need to take a wagon, the roundabout down the street makes the beach a 5 minute walk. The only constructive feedback would be to provide extra batteries for remotes, more than a single roll of paper towels, and a couple more laundry pods for a family staying a week. My family and I had such a relaxing week. We can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was very clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. It also looked just like the pictures, if not better in person! The double washer/dryer and extra refrigerator in the garage were an amazing perk with a large group. We also utilized the rolling cooler on the balcony! Amazing views, plenty of space for a large group, easy walk down to the beach. Great communication with the host, Diane. We’re already talking about our next stay!
My only recommendations:
- Bring bottled drinking water since there is no water system other than tap. Ice is super handy for drinks in the cooler outside!
- There are four spots provided for parking (amazing!) but if you have a large car such as a truck or large SUV, they will not fit in the garage or the driveway since there is a public sidewalk going through the driveway. However, there is a super convenient paid public parking lot a few steps down the road that we utilized and it wasn’t too pricy!

What a wonderful place to stay! We spent our days at the beach or walking the lovely neighborhood - with short excursions to Newport and San Diego. Then we spent the evenings out on the deck watching the waves. It was a much needed respite in such a lovely home. Thanks for sharing your home with us! The 4 bedrooms were perfect and so nicely decorated. The couch bed was comfortable, too! My son-in-law wanted to move-in the second he walked through the door. :)

Had a wonderful time and everything was perfect. Just one thing people should know...our family each had a truck...3 total. Trucks do not fit in garage or in the driveway...we were finally able to put 1 sideways and had to park other 2 in a parking lot that was close to property...only $7/day...just thought this would be helpful for people staying with more than 1 truck.

We stayed for 4 nights over our Spring Break - 2 families - 4 adults, 2 teens, and 3 smaller kiddos.
The place was INCREDIBLE! Location was unreal - just off the water. I can’t tell you how peaceful it was to be able to crack the bedroom window a bit and hear the waves.
Location is walking distance from the harbor and downtown area. Great local restaurants, including coffee shops, breakfast joints, and some wonderful higher-end places as well.
Oceanside was a peaceful respite between our “busier” days in San Diego, LA, and at Disneyland.
Overall, we couldn’t have been more impressed. Diane and her staff were responsive and kind. Will DEFINITELY stay here again.

I rented the home for a five day retreat with my two daughters, my grandchildren and significant others. We had a wonderful time. The location was perfect. The views and sunset spectacular. The house had all the amenities, the rooms were extremely well appointed and comfortable. The host Diane Was informative. We look forward to staying again. Should we visit Oceanside in the future.

When we walked into this property I had immediate regret that we were not staying longer! This was a family girls trip and we were delighted with everything about our stay. From the welcome basket of wine and snacks, to the beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets, to the proximity to great restaurants/bars, to the large and comfortable accommodations - this is a 5-star stay in my book!

The large kitchen was great for cooking with a huge island with ample seating for the group. The living area also had plenty of comfortable seating for movie and game nights. The rooms were clean and all had large TV's with several streaming options. The upstairs rooms looked out over the ocean. But the best part of this house is the big beautiful deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean. It was perfect for relaxing and the proximity to the beach can't be beat. Diane, the owner is amazing. We were a little confused about the parking situation and Diane drover over personally to let us know so we wouldn't get a rather expensive ticket. She was extremely receptive and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. We have been coming to Oceanside with this large group for several years and this was the best trip yet. We have found our forever home away from home with this incredible property with amazing owners. We can't wait for next year!

Well appointed, comfortable beds, beautiful ocean view, responsive owner. The reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness is because the family room furniture was dirty and uncomfortable and we had to cover it with towels. New furniture is definitely needed. Otherwise 5 star perfection.

This property was ideal for our daughter's soccer tournament at the nearby Oceanside Soccer Complex. We stayed with 2 other families and the place provides enough room for 5 adults and 3 teenagers. There's 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with one room with bunk beds (upper twin & lower Queen) for the 3 teenagers. Two couples and one solo parent each had their own room and queen or king sized bed and the beds were very comfortable. The view and sounds of the ocean were very relaxing sitting on the rear oversized deck.
There's an over sized kitchen with plenty of island space for 6 people. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities. The place is spacious and a short walk to the beach or stores/restaurants. There's parking for 2 cars in the garage and 2 parking spaces behind the garage which is always helpful near the beach.
We all enjoyed the close proximity to the soccer complex and staying in a clean, modern home instead of 3 families staying in separate hotel rooms. Check in/check out was easy and we're recommending this to our friends that have children that play club sporting tournaments in the North County San Diego area!

Our family had a wonderful time here. The view from the deck and home are beautiful. The back gate that leads to the beach was very convenient and the host was very responsive.
