Step into your own tropical getaway in this charming Gulf-side unit at House of the Sun. A beautiful hand-painted mural in the living room instantly sets the mood for a relaxing beach vacation.
The unit features tile flooring throughout the main living areas and comfortable carpeting in both bedrooms. With a king bed, two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa, there’s room for up to six guests.
Located toward the back of the complex, this unit still offers beautiful views of the Gulf, beach, and swaying palm trees. Relax on the balcony, soak in the scenery, and enjoy everything Siesta Key has to offer.
House of the Sun amenities include: onsite management, private beach access, heated pool, community grills, tennis court, and workout room.
Please note: Beach towels are not provided.

We have been staying at House of the Sun on/off over the past 30+ years. We have never had a bad room and this year was no exception. 301GS is fully equipped and comfortable. The mural on the wall is beautiful, the sofa is cozy and we love the washer/dryer in the closet as it opens up the kitchen area nicely. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and utensils needed to prepare homemade meals. There is even a Keurig along with a traditional coffee pot. The bedrooms are decorated nicely and provides lots of drawer storage. Definitely one of the most comfortable rooms we have stayed in. Thanks to the owners and House of the Sun for always accommodating a stay we never want to leave.

The unit was clean and had a well equipped kitchen. We like the washer and dryer in the closet. The furniture was comfortable. Only recommendation is to update the master comforter. The bed was hard as well.I was unable to locate security one evening to have the unit above spoken to. Seemed to be filled with a large group of kids that made noise until 3am. Disappointed the units are rented to 4 people (2 couples) requires a $20 guest pass.

We stayed here in 2010 to 2013 every year. Then we moved to Florida . when hurricane Ian hit we were out of our house for 9 days . We called house of sun and they said come on up. They were so nice and the place was still the same awesome place it was in 2010.
