About this apartment rental
Come stay in this beautiful, remodeled and redecorated ocean view apartment. It truly has that light and bright, welcoming, beach cottage feeling. The soft cream and tan background is accented with blue and yellow throughout. It has a new kitchen with all new appliances and new bathrooms. The floors are tiled with lots of area rugs to soften things up. The two bedrooms are carpeted. The master bedroom has a king size bed with white wicker furniture and the guest room has 2 twins and a similar style of furniture. Enjoy an open balcony and water view to enjoy after those long days at the beach.

We enjoyed our stay! We love the view of the beach. The location is great. We did find a roach in our room. They sent someone 2 days later to spray the drains. I would have appreciated the whole condo sprayed the next day. There were some large groups while we were there that were very loud. They also marked chairs on the beach & multiple days never used their front row chairs.

We have been renting at House of the Sun almost yearly for 35 years. Unit 508 was adequate but needed to be better equipped to compare to many of the other units in the building. The mattress in the master bedroom could be upgraded as well as the kitchen supplies and the washer/dryer. Also, the smaller bedroom did not have a television unlike any other unit in which we have stayed at House of the Sun.
