Location - away from the main town, close to the beach, and a short walk to find restaurants and bars
AC and ceiling fan - for those of us not used to the temperatures
Balcony overlooking a field with palm trees - great for watching the exotic birds
Minor niggle, but the beds were a bit hard on the hips.

Mr Dominik gave a very friendly reception.
Beides we had also a very interesting and touching conversation about the historical start of tourism in Candolim.
