Lovely place, spacious with every utility in the studio. The only problem is no power back up in the event of an electric failure, which means no wifi also then. which can get problematic. But with a desk and bed and balcony and ac and fully functioning open kitchen as part of the studio, I do not think it could get better than this..... for real.. plus its quiet, a little hard to find, but worth it once you do...
the lack of power back up... plus if you are infirmed, then you have to walk up,, cause there are two additional floors, studio being on the 2nd floor and No lift... thats all.

The staff and owner were very helpful. Room was very spacious. Price was also reasonable. It's very close to Candolim beach.
Accessibility to the property was a little inconvenient, but owner and staff were helpful with guiding us.

Perfect location. Nice and spacious appartement with a kitchen, sitting room with tv, bedroom and bathroom with hot water.
It was the best location, right inbetween the beach (5 minutes walk) and the (very) busy center. Very quiet place where you could see lots of birds in the trees.
The price was very nice! The staff was very friendly and asked us every day how our day was, and always ready to help.
The mattress was old, dirty and too thin for us. Luckaly there were some matresses in the living room that we placed under the other one.
It could use some paint on the outside.
