Our sea view room was quiet, relaxing, nicely furnished, clean and cosy.
The sliding doors to the balcony can fully open. So we had lots of fresh air and enjoy the lovely view. Staff is very friendly and this seems the only stretch of beach in Candolim that is quiet. They also have a lovely shack at the beach with all sorts of delicious food. Nice sun beds too!
Everything perfect. May be the price is a bit high for India.

Dmellos has a very nice restaurant two minutes walk away on the beach - all the food was excellent.
This is a great place to stay, a few minutes walk from the bustle and noise of town, and so close to the lovely beach.
The mosquito net over the bed was a bonus, and the bed was large and comfortable. The palms around the building were lovely, we saw some beautiful birds from our balcony.
We had wanted a sea view room - but they were all booked. The manager kindly showed us the sea view rooms before we left - they looked wonderful and we will definitely try to book one next time we come!
The room was clean on arrival, but we did not see a cleaner for the 5 days of our stay which was not ideal.

Location: The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from the beach, which is fantastic. While the sea view from some rooms is available, it's from a bit of a distance, not directly on the beachfront. Still, it’s a pleasant sight.
Room Variety: There’s a good range of rooms – some are excellent, some are better than average, and a few are just good. Depending on your budget, you’ll find something that suits you.
Beach Shack: The hotel has a cozy shack right on the beach, which is a great place to hang out, especially in the evenings.
Room Service: You can order breakfast, tea, and coffee directly to your room, which is a nice touch if you prefer a quiet start to the day.
Narrow Access Road: The road leading up to the hotel is narrow, which might be a bit tricky for cars, especially if there’s heavy traffic or if you're driving a larger vehicle.
Meals: The hotel only offers breakfast, tea, and coffee in the room, so you’ll have to walk out for lunch and dinner. It’s not a huge deal, but it would be nice to have more options onsite.
Contact Number Issue: The biggest concern was the property’s contact number, which wasn’t working during my stay. It was quite tricky to find the hotel, as the road leading to it is a bit complicated. Having a working number would definitely help guests with directions, especially if you’re arriving for the first time.
