I was really pleased with the property. It was clean, it had all the facilities for cooking, laundry, and plenty of storage. Perfect for a self catering place.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité des commerces, l’appartement se trouve en plein centre-ville. Appartement assez atypique
Lors de notre séjour, il a fait quelques averses et cela occasionnait beaucoup de bruit sur le toit du patio. L’eau dégoulinait sur les murs.

Het appartement was mooi van binnen en goed uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt. Het bed was prima en schoon. Supermarkt en andere winkels op loopafstand. Auto gratis parkeren bij het station, 5 minuten lopen. Leuk stadje met fijne restaurants en op elk moment van de dag mensen op straat. Alles heel betaalbaar. De eigenaar niet gezien, maar als je arriveert, krijg je een keycode van een kastje aan de muur en kun je naar binnen.
Villena is een levendige stad en wij waren er in een vakantieperiode/weekend, dus veel mensen waren vrij. Daardoor zijn we elke nacht wakker geworden van luidruchtige stappers/feestvierders. Geen idee waarom zij nu precies langs ons appartement liepen.

Un fin de semana de 10. Nos encantó la casa, todo muy limpio, muy bonito y no le faltaba ningún detalle. Al llegar teniamos un aperitivo súper completo. Pero sobre todo la amabilidad de Concha,que es la que regenta los apartamentos, estuvo pendiente de que no nos faltase nada y de recomendarnos restaurantes y sitios. Muy recomendable si vais a Villena. Nosotros sin duda repetiremos!!
