We enjoyed our room, balcony, pool and access to kitchen. The on-site staff were very kind people. The cat is a sweetheart.
It’s a little dated and also in construction. Missing finishings in the pool area. Dirty cushions. But that doesn’t stop the enjoyment. It’s just not perfect. Mattress had stains.
Breakfast was usually an hour later than communicated and didn’t serve what was indicated on their own QR code pamphlets info. Missing some basic elements like milk with your coffee.
In the afternoon, there’s no staff around to answer questions. It felt abandoned and the front door isn’t locked at that time. Anyone could walk in.
The phone number posted for the hotel goes to the owner who is not on site and seems frustrated with questions.

The staff were amazing and so friendly and the pool was refreshing to cool off in after a day of exploring. We were able to securely park our motorcycles inside the gate.
Our room needed some maintenance done. No shampoos or bar soaps provided so make sure to bring your own. There is a Tienda around the corner where we bought our own.

The staff that worked there were fantastic. Beds were comfortable.
The taxes are not shown in the total cost, which is unusual for booking.com. We had to pay more than we thought. Don't book room number 1, the bathroom was outside of the room. Ask for a room with a bathroom inside the actual room. When I complained, I was told I booked that room. However, it was advertised like all the others, as a private bathroom.

Friendly chef Cesar making breakfast, nice garden, pool area, safe location, 15minutes walk to the town
the equipment of the room is very simple, the room is decorated in no style. There is room safe but without batteries. Paper walls, so expect you can hear every neighbor. We stayed 4 nights and for 3 nights we did not have a hot nor warm water (same our friend in other room). I would not come back
