Friendly staff.
Food options just around the corner.
The place seems to be still In a building phase. It feels a bit unfinished but things work.
Outdoor seating area could be improved.

Location was good, bed was good. Host was very nice and helpfull. Good kitchen downstairs. Bathroom was clean

The rooms were very comfortable. Nice to have access to the kitchen. Parking available on the street.
Problems with the 1st night reservation through Bookings. I didn’t really mind but hotel looks like it is under construction. No nice beaches nearby. Akumal beach is small, cordoned off and pricey. Half moon beach is not really accessible to the public and it is very rocky.

It is a cheap option
The staff wasn’t there and I felt very unsafe in the night. The hostel should secure the main entrance better!!!

"Host Viktor has really thought through how to equip the room. It had everything, kitchenette, hairdryer, safe box, good Wi-Fi, fan and air con. Super nice hosts.
