Luis was super attentive and waiting for us when we arrived. Room was comfy and super close to stingray beach.
The knob for the sink in our room was oddly installed and hard to access. No other issues. Wonderful property.

Daily breakfast on rooftop with ocean view was fantastic. Luis made sure I had tea and salsa with my breakfast each day. Bryan made excellent suggestions for things to do and places to eat during my stay and I enjoyed getting to know both of them and Maria as well. Loved having a hammock on my balcony and a mini fridge in my room. Bed was comfortable too. Felt safe as a female solo traveler.
Sometimes the dogs would bark at night and wake me up, but otherwise nothing else.

At a good central location to get to anyplace in Caye Caulker. Luis, Maria & Bryan were great! The dogs were friendly. The breakfast was fantastic.
Little more cleaning could have been done to the bathroom.
