Location!
No black out shades. Property was lit up so bright all night. We could not sleep. This aspect will not gain any repeat customers!

The location us great, staff are very friendly. Free bike rental is a nice touch. Good value for money.
The only thing I'd mention is an umbrella or some kind of shade structure by the pool would be nice.

The location near the split is awesome. The beach is out the front door and the pool is out the back door. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. Watch the sunrise from the front porch.
