Location is excellent - room with AC was a lifesaver during the heatwave in Rome. Bathroom was clean and functional.
I never got the fridge to work - travelling with insulin, a working fridge is a must. Water dissapeared for one of the days.

Convenient location next to Termini station.
Large and comfortable bed.
The room has an icy stone floor. Slippers are not provided.
Minimal amenities: only soap and shampoo.
Bathroom issues: no ventilation (condensation drips from the ceiling all night after a shower), instantly foggy mirror, broken socket, black residue/mold in the shower, rusty tray, non-working towel warmer.
A button in the elevator is broken.
Check-out incident: documents forgotten in the wardrobe were not immediately found by staff; they were "discovered" only after I asked to check the room myself.
