Perfect location near the Roma Termini station. The lift was not working but staff were great in helping us access another lift the next day with our suitcases. The room is comfortable, clean and very quiet considering we were in central Rome.

I loved the location. It was right across from the Termini. Perfect location for a two night stay in Rome to see the sights and also get to the airport with no hassle. The staff was really nice and helpful. Asked if I needed anything several times. The shower and the room was nice and clean too. My checkout was at 10 am but they let me store my bags until 6 pm. That was nice as I could do more roaming and tourist staff with lagging my bags.
Check out time of 10 am is too early. I would have preferred 11 or 12 pm.

Very close to the train station, good size room, fantastic air con, good water pressure in the shower
Motion sensor light in the bathroom turns off every 30 seconds even when you’re in there moving around - have to wave your arm around to turn it on again

The staff were lovely, very welcoming and helpful.
Unfortunately it is on the 5th floor and when we arrived the lift was broken. I have mobility issues so the climb was immensely difficult and specifically booked this hotel as it had a lift. The staff did help me with the bags however just coming and going was so hard.

"It is so close to the Termini station and close to the city center as well. Staff is great and so kind and the room was clean, just like in the photos. Property is easy to find."
