Quiet. Very clean. The coffee and snacks were good and appreciated.

The room was clean, staff were helpful and always present coffee, cold water and sweets were very delightful. The location was close to metro and bus station, the shower was big and the shampoos provided were so high in quality.
We stayed in room 101 which there was no views but also no noises from the street so it was ok at night.
The check in process was not hard or complicated at all, the instructions were so clear.
The bed was a bit soft but ok for me, comfortable.
The air conditioner was not sufficient! It was always on but for such a high sealing and the heat of Rome it was not enough.
The surrounding streets were a little strange full of creepy people but we never had any problem.
There was no bidet in the bathroom and not enough information about it on the website!
The elevator is small, but that’s not the problem, the problem is sometimes people don’t close the doors properly so it does not move and you may have to walk up 4 floors.
In the room information of my booking it mentions to a sofa as the room amenities but there was none, however it was not a big deal.
After turning the lights off there was still light in main lamp which was so annoying for me and couldn’t sleep properly the whole two nights!!! (I took the photo of the lamp off)
The pillows were comfortable but they were acting like a heater! They felt so hot under the head!
The reception is just in the middle of the kitchen which made me uncomfortable to use the kitchen when I needed it.
There can be some noises from the kitchen and the entrance door sometimes but it’s not a big issue.

The beds were comfortable, it was very clean and a good shower
Very sparsely furnished, no bedside or coffee table in sitting room. There were not nearly enough tea cups and no mugs, only espresso cups. We could find only 2 cups and no teaspoons in the kitchen for all guests so this made having a cup of tea difficult. I did ask if there was more cups and was told there were no more. Simple request that should’ve been met.
