Great location and walking distance to:
- Roma Termini for the Leonardo Express to the airport
- Castro Pretorio Metro station
- Conad City for affordable groceries
- Great restaurants
Needs improvement:
- We had some issues checking in as there is no signage on the building that says 'Suite 41'. Had to wait outside the entrance for a while but the owner did eventually send a PDF via WhatsApp with instructions on how to enter the building and the flat.
- The shower was glitchy, most likely an issue with the boiler that needs sorting out as it takes ages for the water to heat up or several attempts to get it working.
- The AC is a bit loud at times and needs servicing.

Location was perfect if you are travelling from Roma termini train station. Room condition is great and clean.
We had issue with the hot water in the private bathroom, but we could still use the bathroom beside the kitchen.

The room was spacious and comfortable, there was a shared kitchen. The room looked nice.
Check in was at 3 but our room wasnt ready by the time we arrived, the owner could have contacted us before we was at the door and told us. The owners replies are very late and they didnt give ur any check in information until we called them when we arrived at the door. I made sure to message them beforehand about the check in but they werent responsive. The water pressure in the private bathroom in our room was low so showering wasnt very pleasing and there was a scent of sewage whenever we used the toilet or showered.
