I think I will come back definitely I see they were working on the property. The prices are amazing.

Clean .. close to everything

The front desk .. and the front yard, but I knowledge that they started working on it.. I was hoping they have a nice grass in front few tables we umbrellas and like nice community area to see that or have a talk with the rest of the tenants..

Localização excelente. Próximo a vários pontos de interesse em Miami Beach. Quarto limpo, e com utensílios de cozinha satisfatórios. Voltaria sem problemas.

Não existe um funcionário na portaria para ajudar em caso de necessidade. O quarto é pequeno e apertado, mas não chega a ser um problema, pois é só pra dormir mesmo.

Look Elsewhere !!!

positive aspects: ELIANA (the lady who takes care of cleaning the rooms), really very kind and helpful! The position; really close to all the major places of interest and very close to Lincoln Road (nightlife area!)

Upon our arrival the room had a very strong musty smell, having arrived after 7pm there was no one at reception! (problem solved the next day by Eliana with a room perfume!) - Mold on the bathroom wall! - no type of soundproofing between the rooms, one night we couldn't rest peacefully because the room next door had music playing at full volume! We were not given the opportunity to leave our luggage (2 hand bags) anywhere, the only option was the Lobby, where anyone could have access to it, without any security! NEVER saw anyone in the "reception" during the entire stay, neither in the morning nor in the afternoon! it was possible to write to a WhatsApp number... hoping for a response, I'm still waiting for a response on the checkout time, from the previous day! The bed, although it was almost comfortable, we discovered was broken in the central part! Important; it is sold as an "apartment", instead it is a VERY SMALL room with bathroom and sink! For the price paid: the service offered is A SHAME !!!

Nada. Llegamos y la habitación no estaba aseada. Olor muy malo. No hay conserje. Salimos y al regreso la clave de acceso no funcionaba, habíamos 10 huéspedes esperando que alguien nos respondiera para abrir. La estadía fue muy mala

Great location, not comfortable cause was worried about bugs all the time.

The location was perfect within walking distance of everything.

The room had bugs, roaches to be exact I told the manager and staff numerous of time’s nothing was done!

Great value and location but not so great

The localisation was fantastic and the fact to have a studio to eat less outside

The humidity smell which never stop, the floor absolutely disgusting, almost nothing to really cook even with a kitchen, the cleaning ladies who enter every morning at 11am to give new towels without having something to put on the door like do not disturb. Also I think the AC should be checked because we had both issues with our throats like coughing all the time inside which appears when we got there and disappeared when we came back home maybe a lot of dirt inside I don’t know. A lot of strange people were also in this building

Easy checking in the hotel

- There was no one in the front desk, we came at different times and there was absolutely no one at any point. - No staff nor security. We wanted to ask for toilet paper because we only had 1 roll for 4 days. We needed up buying some at cvs. - Mosquitos were found in the room, cockroaches and ants - when we first walk into the room there was a smell that I can’t describe, it was like a public bathroom smell? I don’t know but it stink.

My stay was fabulous and I will definitely book again next summer!

The property was perfect. Great location, walking distance to several coffee shops, bakery’s, restaurants and markets. The beach is about a 15 minute walk.

Everything was great.

generally excellent, but this time I was very disappointed

The best part about this place is the value and ability to come and go as you please.

The propriety did not have electricity for the majority of the day (and did not alert me to this) and I was unable to work due to lack of wifi (there was also no air conditioning). Furthermore, my room code stopped working in the middle of the night and I was locked out while raining.

nothing. cannot state hard enough, so not stay here. the pictures are nothing like real life. it’s more like a hostel but a really bad one

where do I start. Karla on the front desk should not work in hospitality she is so rude. walls are paper thin, dirty towels, dirty floors, dirty bedding.

This was my second time staying here; great value, super convenient, safe/secure (I really like how this time I was able to choose my own 4-digit door code instead of being provided one as with my first stay); I also like the feeling of being to “come and go” as I please without difficulty.

1) Upon arrival my room was not ready yet and I needed a private space for work-related calls and was very delayed; also I was told that the $150 security fee was “waived” yet no mention was ever made about this prior to, during or after purchase. 2) The room did not have a small table or chair as it did last time and this greatly impacted my ability to work (and comfortably).

The place is mediocre

Cheap and only a few blocks from the boardwalk shops

Pretty sure we saw a roach before we left. The floors weren’t washed and turned our feet black from walking on them. Took our towel and washcloth but didn’t replace with a new one. Had to wait till the next day when staff came back.

maybe to offer a service of wash and dry, and to change the towels, buy new ones good ones, we bought some instead of using them for this reason
