Clean and great location. The rooms are very small but functional. Think of IKEA meets a cruise cabin for a room description.

In room coffee was not available. I did not fine any free coffee. But there is a McDonald's across the street for a quick breakfast.

The staff at this hotel is, hands down, some of the most accommodating group of professionals I've ever encountered at any hotel. Shout out to Melody, Fie, Tony, & the other asst. mgr I didn't catch her name. She recommended the nachos! & the two poolside bartenders. You guys made my stay amazing! Thank you for your kindness. It made for a pleasant birthday! As it pertains to the room, it was as cool as everything else in the hotel. It is super modern, tech-friendly, and cozy. What blows me away is how thoughtful the designers were. Things like the fridge and safe being hidden in plain sight, the iPad controller, and the shower controls, it was like being in a sci-fi movie. Also, let's not forget the bed! I slept like a baby every night. The bar is fully stocked, they make an excellent Old Fashioned, and the breakfast buffet was perfect. A great selection of food at a great price. Actually, let's talk about price. You'd think that a hotel as lavish as this, in a fairly affluent area and surrounded by Lambos, Porsches, and the like, would have crazy prices. The irony is it's very affordable. I think I paid $25 for access to the breakfast bar. That meant all the food I could eat and all the coffee I could drink from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.! The nachos! Seriously, get the nachos! They were about $20–$25, and it is a healthy portion of food. I was starving, and I still couldn't finish it all. You can't ask for a better location. Nestled right on Lincoln Road, there's access to food, shopping, a good walk to the beach, and you're out of the way of the crowded nightlife area of Collins Ave., while it's still definitely accessible. Parking was easy for me, as I parked my car at the lot across the street. They're unaffiliated with the hotel, but I used the SpotHero app to get a deal for my three days. I can't wait to visit this hotel again.

Regrettably, I couldn't stay a little longer. But, I can come back at anytime!

The streaming services were not working properly. Neither was the WiFi. We had to ask multiple times for the temperature in our room to be lowered because the tablet wasn’t controlling well. Actually, when we arrived the air wasn’t working at all. Apparently, a tech was working on it but it didn’t seem to be fixed afterwards. However, I can say I like that the air system is quiet. They have such a beautiful pool but no one was tending to the pool bar during our stay, and you cant swim after sundown, but the area closes at 10. I think swimming should be allowed until 10 as well.
