Room upon arrival was clean neat tidy.... Location was magic... close to waters edge affording very nice river views..

Unfortunately there was no room service, more like a serviced apartment... we stayed two nights and it would have been good for the room to be visited for service purposes..... expected fresh towels for the second night and there was none.....No staff visited room for service purposes after night 1.... Noise from the building Renos not real pleasant first thing Monday Morning... Building Renos long term and major works are in progress.... Upon closer examination appears Building Renos been ongoing for over 18 months.... We were warned about the renos but didnt expect them to be the extent they were... would not stay mid week for multiple nights... Recommend single night weekends

Large triple room with microwave, toaster and refrigerator.
Building work was going on a a little noisy in the morning.

Room was ok, view was good
Very run down, renovations are happening, but no one working on it at all, website has no notifications letting people know its happening so first look and you think its completely closed.
