The neighbourhood and overall location, access to transportation, rooms' size. Bike friendly, but keep in mind that the apartment is on the 4th floor so you have to carry them up via the stairs.

Low toilet pressure and weak wifi.

I like the constant interaction with the property owner. Promptly responding to any queries I may have from start to finish.

The elevator. It got stuck and broken during our last day. We ended up taking stairs hauling our luggages up and down the building. It was a terrifying experience.

To begin with- we were late because our flight was delayed which wasn’t our fault. The owner was pissed at us????! The apartment itself was dirty from the very beginning and looked nothing like on the pictures. The walls were dirty and full of holes, the floor wasn’t even mopped. Two sofas in the living room looked like they got them from a garbage can. The dishes were dirty and we tried to clean them but nothing worked. The kitchen was dirty, the cooker was full of food leftovers and food stains, the fridge froze all of our products. Air conditioning was dirty but the owner said it didn’t work because she couldn’t find the remote control to it 🤷🏼‍♀️ The smaller bedroom had dirty walls with wall stickers that were falling down, the light was hanging from the roof on cables. The bigger bedroom had a hole in the wall under the window, the walls were also dirty and the light was also hanging on cables. Going to the bathroom… The shower was fully damaged. The shower kit was leaking and the other part wasn’t even installed. The water wasn’t going down because the outflow was plugged. Toilet seat was broken and it didn’t stay in place. The flush didn’t scoop up water. We wanted to do the laundry but the washing mashing was fungused and we took all of our dirty laundry back with us. The bathroom wall was also fungus. All in all, the whole apartment smelled bad, we think with cigarettes, and none of us smoke. Do not recommend, the price is not adequate to the apartment’s condition. I provided some pictures below. They look nothing like the pictures from the offer.

The ownwe was really nice and helpful. The apartment is big and clean - just the right place if you are travelling with friends or family.
