Perfect place to stay the night before heading to Tusheti. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and the entire property is beautiful. The host is lovely and extremely helpful. She was very patient with our lack of Georgian and went out of her way to communicate with us. The food is also incredible. I’d recommend to anyone!

The garden and outdoor dining area are very nice and well kept. Meals were plentiful and delicious. The guesthouse is also well situated for a shuttle up Abano pass towards Tusheti.
We had booked a room with a private bathroom, but our host could not accommodate us with what was reserved. We stayed in a room with a shared bathroom. This was a bit disappointing at the time, but the room was fine.
Keep in mind that in the summer, the room can get quite hot, as there is no AC.

Alex and his family are incredibly nice, food was delicious with ingredients from the veggie garden, the room was comfortable and clean.. they also helped us to find transportation for Tusheti, I would definitely recommend it..
