Staff is very kind and helpful.
The room is confortable and the pool is great.
There was no toilet seat in the bathroom. I have never seen it in a 4-star hotel.
I was also surprised to find out there was no shower in the pool area. Or it was broken.
Also, it’s a shame that the hotel doesn't make an effort to provide a decent breakfast for its guests.

Swimming pool for kids
Cleaning services were subpar and skipped, even when asked. The airco did not work properly during our stay.
