Quaint cosy cottage centrally located from all Ballarat has to offer. Newly renovated, modern kitchen and appliances. Outside decking area fully furnished and enclosed, small yard area with cloths line facilities.
Twin bedrooms, main bedroom features a queen bed and secondary bedroom contains double bed, both bedrooms offer ceiling fans.
Spacious lounge room offering gas log fireplace and split system heating and cooling.
5 minute drive to the centre of town and located close to pubs and clubs as well as a golf club and Lake Wendouree.
Off street parking for 2 cars, single car carport.

We had a fantastic weekend in Ballarat. The home was very comfortable with modern appliances. Heating was great, home was secure and the location was only 5 minutes drive from the centre of town and the lake precinct. For the price it is great value. Thanks Donna for your assistance. It was such an easy process to book, pay and stay. We will stay here again in the future. Andy and Emma

really great place to stay. Easy to find, parking good (note, the width of the drive might be tough for large SUVs such as land rovers, but fine for a normal car), cafes nearby, pub across the road lively but dead quiet after 11pm - Outdoor space good with a good table for playing family board games on.all in all, can recommend.I had some trouble with phone reception, but that is the problem of Vodafone, not the owner...

We really appreciated the stay at Dons Little House. A beautiful house with period featured and all that we needed for our 2 night stay. We made use of the washing machine and dryer and found the gas heater to be very efficient one cold morning. I enjoyed the large covered deck and comortable bed.

It was a cosy house that had everything we needed however the tv was a low standard with the sound clarity and some pixelating on some programmes. We were plenty warm enough in late Autumn but I would find the house too cold in the middle of winter apart from the lounge with the lovely gas heater. Communication pre- visit with the owner was excellent.
