Very "homey" feel, well supplied with more than the basics, ie, tomato sauce, milk, salt and pepper. Good location, just across from a very nice pub. The wallpaper made for interesting reading as it consisted of local newspapers from the early 1960's
Nothing really, it was sad that the cafe/general store that fronted the property (obviously living quarters for the owners in bygone days)was temporarily closed, it looks like it would have been a nice breakfast place.

This character filled property felt like home. The large kitchen space was welcoming and the lounge area perfect for settling in for reading and watching tele. Loved the outdoor space and the beds very cosy and comfy.

Nice and cosy in freezing Ballarat. Great location and easy to walk into the CBD, close to train station with a local pub just across the road. Free all day on street parking around the corner.
