Excellent Location near the river and very close to the main shopping street. Many train station exits near by.
Good Breakfast. Clean and modern rooms with everything you need for a few nights stay. Staff were all lovely.
Had our bags sent through to Tokyo and everything went smoothly and they were waiting at the next hotel for us.

It’s in a very convenient location, on the silent side of the touristy area. The personnel is very kind and welcoming.
Smoking area on every floor is a nice touch.
I also liked the eco-friendly approach to vanity sets, cleaning schedule. Especially, the vanity sets are usually wasted. Well done!
I found the water kettle very funny, as it plays music when the water boils. It’s very nostalgic melody for me, as it is like a elementary- school break time music. :)
The main smoking area is a narrow rectangular shape and uncomfortable.

Beautiful hotel in a great location next to the river, sanjo station and plenty of restaurants/shopping. The room was clean, beds were comfy, the dimmable lighting was perfect. I really liked the bathroom layout.
The pillows weren’t for me. One was the Japanese style beads, the other was a super soft feather pillow that ended up flat after a night’s sleep.
