Great location, with lovely staff. Very busy and popular hotel, but that was fine. Coffee available all day in reception which was nice. Great breakfast.
Hotel bar nice but expensive.

Location, and the look of general areas.
Rooms were very clean
A lack of management oversight. Breakfast items continually running out, water in reception area running out, fried eggs grossly overcooked, smoked Salmon mixed with leaves. No good reason except to reduce the amount taken. Given the price paid this is not good. Also please avoid ground floor rooms .. very poor view. Our worst of 4 hotels in Japan. All quite expensive.
