One Bedroom Carriage House, with Full Size Kitchen and Den, two TVs (one in master bedroom and one in the den), all with Internet and high speed WiFi. The perfect set up for couples looking for a quite retreat. The rental includes two beach bikes and two beach chairs with an umbrella. The rental has a separate entrance and private outdoor shower with hot water to rinse the sand off. The rental also has second floor porch that overlooks state forest wildlife area.

We really enjoyed four night stay at the hosts Air B & B with a separate entrance way with an outside shower to wash off the sand when you came back from the beach. The host communicated through text to ask if all was well and if our space met our needs. Absolutely!! It is a perfect get away for two. The beach and eateries were all in walking distance. We parked our car and walked through our days here. Very enjoyable, clean and a fun place to hang. We will be back!!

My husband and I stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We cooked one night and had breakfast and had plenty of utensils/cookware, didn’t have to purchase anything of that nature. The kitchen sink was a little finicky and we had trouble keeping the water flowing, but other than that, everything was good. The location of the property was perfect. Jim, the owner, provided bicycles so those came in handy! It was only a 3 ish minute ride to the beach access or an 8 ish minute walk. We even walked all the way into Seaside one night and the walk was extremely pleasant. Definitely a longer walk, but we did not mind. Lastly, Jim was very kind and helpful! Overall, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again if we have the chance.

The carriage house is immaculately decorated and cleaned. It is quiet and in a neighborhood that is convenient to all amenities. Our host checked in periodically to make sure we had no needs and to offer suggestions for places to visit. We would stay here again!

Very nice place to stay within walking distance to the beach and restaurants and Seaside. We've stayed at several places on 30A before; this was by far the nicest and cleanest house we've stayed at in this area. It looks like something out of a magazine; it's beautifully designed and has everything you'll need. We enjoyed riding the bicycles to Seaside. It was a wonderful week!

Amazing carriage house that is spotless and beautifully decorated. Jim is a wonderful host and very communicative. The location is a 2 minute drive from the local grocery store and beach access! Path available to walk or use the bikes provided to both in about 10 minutes or less. The extra beach supplies provided is a great touch. The perfect neighborhood to be in as far as location from amenities and the town’s Main Street. Comfy king size bed is the cherry on top. Would love to come back whenever I’m in the area again!

We had a great stay at your place. It was so clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the bikes and beach equipment and it was just a quick trip down to the beach. We love that area of the coast. Jim was very helpful and welcoming and we knew if we needed anything we could ask. Hope to return.

Everything about this property was first class! The carriage house seems brand new. Comfy bed, very nice bathroom/shower, beautiful deck out back, and a kitchen area with everything we needed. The walk to the beach is just a few blocks and then there are several beach access locations right there. The property comes with 2 bikes, 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella that were all in great shape. We either walked our rode the bikes down to Seaside or Watercolor each day for coffee, breakfast, people-watching, and the 4th of July festivities. Wife agrees that when we go back to 30A, we'll definitely see if Peaceful Easy Living is available!

The name of the place says it all. Our stay here was one of our favorite vacations as a couple. The house is so beautiful! So peaceful, so clean and relaxing. The location is great as well. We really enjoyed biking to nearby Seaside and exploring. We definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

This was a perfect place for a honeymoon. Everything was so nice and clean and the owners made sure everything was okay and we didn’t need anything else. It’s in a super nice neighborhood and quiet but only a short walk to the beach. Definitely recommend this place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this well appointed and beautiful carriage house. Our hosts were gracious and super helpful. The pictures do no give it justice! A perfect location being just a few blocks from the beach. The chairs and bikes were a lovely bonus that helped to added to the ease of getting places. Seaside was just a short bike away, along with Publix which helped when we needed a forgotten item or two. The back patio was wonderful with picturesque and peaceful views. There was no stone left unturned in this gorgeous property. We would highly recommend it for a fabulous couples retreat!

We enjoyed our stay over the long Memorial Day weekend. The property is close to everything - beach, restaurants, and grocery store. The property is in great condition and was clean. The furniture is comfortable and home is is furnished with everything you will need. Jim, the owner, is very friendly and helpful with suggestions for the area. We will definitely return again.

Jim’s place was exactly what my boyfriend and I needed! It was easily within walking & biking distance of town and the beach. It was a very calm and quiet environment and a nice escape from everything! Will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit this area!

Perfect escape for 2 people. Easy access to the best beaches and also the lovely town center of Seaside. The host has thought of everything blended for comfort and convenience. We blend being active with tons of beach downtime and this rental is perfect for two people who want to escape for a week. Host is incredible. Will be back soon!!

This carriage house is gorgeous. My husband and I enjoyed meeting the owners and found a new favorite restaurant from their recommendations, Mimmo’s 30A. The house is so close to the beach, Seaside, and Watercolor. We would love to visit again.

From the moment we arrived, Jim made us feel welcome at his property and made sure we had everything necessary to have an enjoyable stay. We loved the location and proximity to the beach. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on! We highly recommend and will definitely be back down in the future.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Our favorite part was the beautiful outdoor patio overlooking a small stream with deer visiting daily. It was very peaceful yet close enough to all the activities. We biked everywhere and enjoyed every detail of this beautiful property. We’ll be back!!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our vacation in Seagrove Beach. The carriage house was extremely clean and comfortable, and had everything we were looking for. Jim (host) was super nice and very helpful with restaurant recommendations, and everything beach related! This location is a five minute bike ride to Seaside and beach access, which is very convenient! As the other reviews mention, most comfortable bed ever! We will DEFINITELY be back to stay here. We had the best time staying at Jim’s place. We flew in, so we walked and used the provided bikes to get around everywhere and it was very easy because the location was perfect. It was quiet but still close to everything we wanted. Also, the bed was insanely comfortable and all the finishes were high end. It really felt like a nice getaway. It also seemed bigger and even nicer than in the pictures. The beach chairs and umbrella were perfect. They really thought of everything. We would come back in a heartbeat.
