About this bed and breakfast
One Bedroom Carriage House, with Full Size Kitchen and Den, two TVs (one in master bedroom and one in the den), all with Internet and high speed WiFi. The perfect set up for couples looking for a quite retreat. The rental includes two beach bikes and two beach chairs with an umbrella. The rental has a separate entrance and private outdoor shower with hot water to rinse the sand off. The rental also has second floor porch that overlooks state forest wildlife area.

My husband and me absolutely loved everything about Peaceful Easy Living! The Carriage House had everything we could possibly need or want. Jim was a wonderful host, always helpful in making sure our stay was perfect!! The bed was incredibly comfortable and relaxing on the deck on the evening with a glass of wine was pure bliss. The location was fantastic as well. We can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is-we’ll definitely be back!

Cottage was very clean with high end amenities. Had everything that anyone could need. Host was amazing (proactive & very responsive). We will definitely stay there again next year if we don’t get back in the fall. Exceeded every expectation!!

Our stay was fantastic. Jim has thought of everything you could need for a trip to the beach or town. Truly peaceful, easy living.

We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment was just like you see in the photos, and had everything we needed for our week stay. We were able to walk into Seaside and Watercolor, but also utilized the bikes that were provided. The beach was a ten minute walk, and it was warm enough the first week of April for us to swim in the ocean. We took an Uber to the Publix for some groceries, but we probably could have rode the bikes. Jim was a wonderful host, accommodating and quick to respond to texts. We would definitely return!
