Our room was very clean and had all the amenities you could wish for. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. The breakfast was not as good as some of the other hotels we have stayed in on our tour around Scotland.

Room was spacious & there was tea/coffee making facilities. Bed was quite comfortable.
The fact that at the reception the young man took a guarantee payment card in case we did damage. The silicone round the bath was needing to be re done, it looked mouldy.

Location to Blair Drummond Safari Park was ideal for our 1 night stay. Nice exterior to the building and positioned next to the pub with a small play area for young children outside. Staff onsite in the pub were very friendly.
Very tired.
Walls were really knocked about in the entrance lobby, the stairwell and the corridors, and the bedroom walls were covered in scuffs - a full re-paint throughout is needed.
Black mould in the bathrooms on the ceiling and on the sealant around the bath. Extractor fan in room 206 didn’t appear to work so probably a contributing factor to the black mould.
Rusting on the metal towel racks over bath.
Mattress not horrific but not the best nights sleep we’ve ever had - Both woke up and commented we had an uncomfortable sleep.
Stains on bedroom carpets.
