We enjoyed our stay ! Initially I was a bit dubious from outside it looked a bit tired but room was lovely and had everything we needed for a short stay , there was a car park round the back which was a surprise definitely recommend

The room we were in was quite large compared to other Eu and British hotel rooms. The bathroom was modern and large. We parked several blocks away at the train station, where we could pay a daily parking rate, rather than pay each 2 hours at the lot adjoining the building.
The reception person was helpful, but reception is only open a couple hours per day, and there were no amenities other than a tea kettle in the room.
The facilities met our needs, as there are restaurants, cafes and bakeries on the block.
The hotel is in a great location for seeing the sites in Stirling.

The location was great! We could easily walk to the castle and other attractions within the city. We did have a hard time finding the low cost parking advertised. However, there is a parking lot directly behind the hotel that is free after 5:30 or 6 pm until 8:30 am. Download the RingGo app if you don’t already have it. The hotel itself is on a pedestrian-only street. We knew breakfast was not included. However, most places in town did not open until 9 or 10 am. which made it difficult as we are early risers. Coffee and tea is provided in the rooms. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the grounds around could have been better kept. We barely saw the staff and the bar/cafe/restaurant downstairs was never open.
