Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Food (breakfast and dinner) was delicious. Room was clean, comfortable and very spacious (especially after Edinburgh!) - nice big bathroom with great shower and lovely big towels. Plus free Tunnocks teacakes as a welcome - what more could you want? Perfect base for exploring Stirling and the surrounding area.
Hard to think of anything, but if I had to nitpick, the bed could have been slightly softer

The room was spacious and on-site restaurant was good. Wonderful breakfast options.
The beds were a little firmer than I am used to, but otherwise accomodations were great.
