Nice location few minutes walk from the main street and no loud music from the bars. Very friendly staff and clean room.

Ella Soul Resort is a great place to experience Ella! Location is key as Ella is a steep valley with tiny roads, making tuk tuk rides expensive and most properties hard to reach and far from the action. Ella Soul Resort however has the best of both worlds, being just a 5 min walk from downtown brimming with restaurants and shops but quiet and with an amazing view. The staff could not have been more helpful, especially Chanuka who's smile lights up any room, and our room and bed were spacious with a nice bathroom to match. The breakfasts were delicious with a variety of options and served with uninterrupted views. When coming to Ella, I strongly recommend this property for good value and good times!
The dog next door barked a bit but was quiet at night and of course the hotel can't control the local dogs. Otherwise everything was perfect!

In the center but very quiet. The restaurant is DIVINE! Best breakfast of our Sri Lankan holidays with amazing view on Ella Rock. Dinner and people working there very nice. Rooms large, clean and comfortable.
