Comfortable bed and room. Food in restaurant was good and staff overall very helpful and friendly
Minor quibbles. No TV remote in the room and they were unable to provide a replacement as ‘a number had recently broken and they had taken them from other rooms to replace them’. Ours was obviously one of the unlucky ones. Also fan in room was constantly on and controls failed to work to turn it off. Very disturbing to a nights sleep.

Blackout curtains didn’t close fully and subsequently my room was too bright at 5am.

Noisey fan in room, and had to pay for the car park, not made aware of this
