Nestled in Adelaide, this attractive villa for $358 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Aldinga Beach Getaways offers a modern stylish accommodation that will induce you to completely un-wind and relax on the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula. We presently have a luxurious 4 bedroom villa waiting to accommodate your summer soiree, romantic retreat, family reunion or corporate event. Villa Ida has multiple living areas, bedrooms and numerous bathrooms. This villa has two sun-drenched decks where you can take in the views of the beautiful Aldinga Aquatic Reserve or the picturesque Willunga Hills. The villa is fully air-conditioned plus has a cosy gas fireplace for those cooler times of snuggling up and reading your favourite book or watching your much-loved movie. With a lower level lounge area looking out to sea, guests or children can relax away from adults entertaining upstairs. Miele kitchen appliances and Weber BBQ’s will elicit the gourmet chef within you or alternatively you can dine at the many fine eateries close by. Villa Ida has a double garage where your vehicles and favoured beach amenities can be stored. We even have outside hot & cold showers to wash off the sand after a pleasurable sun-drenched day at the beach. With stylish appointments of travertine and bamboo flooring, leather lounges, stone kitchen & bathroom benchtops, you will holiday in comfort and elegance at Aldinga Beach Getaways. Property Features - Minimum Stay 2-7 nights pending Season. Please enquire with us if requesting a 1 night stay during weekdays in off peak season. Villa Ida can comfortably sleep 10 people 1. Two Living & Entertainment Areas 2. Ocean View Balcony 3. Modern Gourmet Kitchen 4. BBQ Deck with views to the Willunga Hills 5. 2 x Queen Bedrooms with ensuite facilities 6. 1 x Queen Bedroom with share bathroom facilities 7. 1 x Bunkroom (sleeps 4) with share bathroom facilities 8. Three bathrooms in total plus an additional powder room 9. Modern Laundry area with Miele appliances 10 Double Garage secure parking area 11. Outside Hot & Cold Showers Terms & Conditions NUMBER OF GUESTS should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing and must not exceed the sleeping capacity of the property. The registered guest is by default, the person who has made the booking. The registered guest must be 25 years of age or over and agree to take full responsibility for the holiday rental of the property. PETS are not allowed under any circumstances. SMOKING is not is permitted indoors. The property is rated as a non-smoking property. ACCESS to the Villa may be required for maintenance or repairs. NOISE AND RESIDENTIAL AMENITY Aldinga Beach Getaway Villas are set around residential homes. We welcome guests for their special occasion and celebrations, if at the time of booking you agree to meet our noise and guest number restrictions. The property is not suitable as a "Party" House. Disturbance to the neighbours, including excessive noise and anti-social behaviour is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of all monies paid. ON DEPARTURE The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 11.00am, REFUNDABLE SECURITY BOND A security bond of $500 is required for all bookings. The bond is secured and covers cost incurred by you which may include, but is not limited to, breakages, losses and damage including excessive cleaning, evidence of smoking and or rubbish removal. Tenants will be notified of any costs incurred. PAYMENT OF ACCOMMODATION To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required. Bookings are not confirmed unless and until this deposit is received. Payment of the booking deposit constitutes the guests acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The outstanding balance is due within 10 business days prior to the commencement of your stay. CANCELLATION if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. Every effort will be made to ensure the property is available as booked. If the Property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances, then Management will inform you immediately and any monies paid will be refunded in full. DAMAGES, BREAKAGES, THEFT OR LOSS are the tenants’ responsibility during their stay and must be reported please.Any damage or loss of property is deemed to be from guests misuse and the repair / replacement cost and any excess cleaning will be deducted from the security bond. LOSS - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property

Villa ida is an amazing property that fits large groups has everything you would ever need and more. Second visit and will definitely be staying again. Communication was fantastic and having keypad entry was a bonus as you don’t need to worry about not having enough keys for each group staying.

Fabulous spacious accommodation directly opposite beach . Clean , comfortable beds and large well fitted kitchen. The balcony looking out over the sea is lovely and spacious! Great to have lounge room downstairs, a real winner for kids . We took our boat and there was a huge garage and safe driveway to park it . A great stay for a large family !

Absolutely loved our stay in Aldinga! The house was stylish, clean, and has breathtaking views. The host's attention to detail was impressive, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy bedrooms. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby wineries and beautiful beaches. We felt warmly welcomed, and the thoughtful touches made our experience truly memorable. Highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a peaceful and delightful getaway in Aldinga. As a local there was no better spot to show my interstate friends around.

With 3 families staying this house had everything we needed. Very secure, ample seating/entertaining room, gorgeous decor, amazing kitchen, and best of all the balcony with comfortable couches and spectacular ocean views. We loved it so much that we arranged an extra nights stay while we were there and the property manager was very helpful.

Stunning beachside getaway

Spent 3 nights at this gorgeous beach side home whilst we indulged in the wineries of McLaren Vale which were only 15 minutes away. We had the best of both.Beautifully appointed and 5 star luxury with 3 double bedrooms and a 4th with double bunks. 3 bathrooms and a powder room off the upstairs living area overlooking the beach. A comfortable outdoor setting on the balcony made it the perfect spot for sunset drinks in the evening. The "Star of Greece" cafe was just a short walk away along the coast. Would recommend.
