About this condo rental
Situated in Jupiter, this charming condo for $160 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Updated Jupiter Bay one bedroom, one bathroom unit with screened patio overlooking a running trail and Carlin park. Beautiful beach is only a 400 yard walk away. Unit is updated and sports all new leather furniture, tile flooring, luxury vinyl in the bedroom and granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths. Flat screen smart TV's are available in both the family and bedroom area's. The resort community has two pools, a hot tub and tennis courts. In the evening enjoy a walk on the beach or around the beautiful lake and waterfall area on the West side of the resort. Adjoining Carlin park has covered cabanas with picnic tables and outdoor grills. Well maintained bocce courts are also available on site along with lit tennis courts and an amphitheater at adjoining Carlin Park Shopping, great restaurants, movie theaters, a fitness center and live theater are minutes away! For more intense shoppers, the Gardens mall and "Downtown" are fifteen minutes away. Twenty five minutes away you will find the West Palm Beach Airport and City Place, a very popular shopping, restaurant and night life area. You will also be in close proximity to the Palm Beach Zoo, Lion Country Safari, Rapids Water Park as well as the Mounts Botanical Garden and Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens. Charter fishing boats are available at the Jupiter inlet as well as cruising boats for those who prefer a lazy cruise up the intra coastal admiring all the beautiful homes and boats and the famous Jupiter lighthouse. If you fancy a day trip Orlando is just over two hours away and Miami is only 90 miles south. The Roger Dean Stadium is the spring training home of the St. Louis Cardinals and the Florida Marlins. For the golfers we have too many courses to mention including the PGA. We spent a wonderful week in Mark`s appartment. Very well equiped, the only thing that we could never turn on were the Tvs. But we did not really worry about that because we had so many things to enjoy there that it didn`t matter

We have stayed at Jupiter Bay several times. This was by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. We did have a problem with the bedroom tv that was not resolved. We lived in the area for 13 years so we know where where all the shops and restaurants are. We had 17 family with us. Most stayed in at Jupiter Bay too.

This condo was perfect for our weeklong stay. 1/2 mile walk to the ocean thru Carlin park. Nicely furnished and well stocked. Everything we needed was available. Very comfortable king bed. We spent a lot of time on the enclosed porch that looks out at the park. Really appreciated the ceiling fans in the BR, LR, and porch! We would definitely return to this condo in the future.

I wouldn’t call this unit luxurious - there are many other units in Jupiter Bay that have been extensively remodeled and have a very open, modern feel. Of course they are much more money! We enjoyed our stay-location is great. We were surprised with a $25 fee to get our parking permit. We’d stayed in another unit two weeks before this and did not get charged for that. Pool can get very crowded and tough to find chairs, especially if you want shade. The unit is on the first floor and is dark. Lighting not great. The furniture is bulky and makes the space seem smaller. Also there is a lot of decorative, useless stuff (shells, candles) on many surfaces, reducing space for putting your belongings. Lots of pots and pans and implements in kitchen-probably could get rid of some older ones. But the owner was pretty responsive to our needs and lives nearby, which is useful.

The condo was nice and comfortable . Updates are in the process of being made. The kitchen appliances have all been updated to stainless. While there a new dining table and chair set were delivered. Painting and major bathroom updates are scheduled. The condo is behind Carlin Park and a short walk to the beach. The complex is well maintained. The pool area is nice as well. The complex is close to the Twisted Tuna and Food Shack restaurants. There’s lots to like.

nice place and well kept. disappointed that they only had one out door grill and could only be use in the hours of daylight. the owner did call and check on us while we were there since there was a hurricane coming our way.over all a great time. just a short walk to a great beach

For starters, the place needs a deep clean/paint job/updating. Putting that aside, I wouldn't normally write a negative review for those things. But there were some other negatives that weren't really acceptable all added up.
We were told that a parking pass would be at the office for us, it was not. But we overlooked it and figured we could just get it the next day. We then went to our unit and put in the code and walked in and someone else was obviously staying there. Thank god they weren't walking around naked! We called the owner at that point in which he told us we went to the wrong unit and told us to go to a different one and use the same code. Just to make sure I wasn't losing my mind, I went back through the booking and we were indeed told the wrong info about the unit number.
The unit was lacking simple things that we had to purchase ourselves- toilet paper and tissues, etc. There was about a teaspoon of dishsoap available.
But putting all that aside, one day I decided to take a pillow case off one of the pillows I was using and there was a pretty large, disgusting blood stain on it. We messaged the owner with picture and he never even responded.
The condo is in a FANTASTIC location. Near the beach, with a beautiful park located behind with a walking trail and tennis courts.
Given that each of his many rental units probably has the same code that never gets changed, I would not stay here again.

Comfortable Jupiter Bay condo
We were only able to stay at this property for a week, and despite some minor flaws, we were very comfortable here. It is close to the beach and to restaurants and grocery stores, has a pool, and easy access. The space is small, but just fine for two people. Bed and couches were quite comfortable, too. Our only criticism was that there is a lot of furniture in this small space, but this may be personal taste.

Nice clean condo backing to Carlin Park a few minute walk to the beach. Owner was very communicative and helpful leading up to our stay and checked in (via text) to make sure everything was ok. Everything was in working order and we had a very pleasant stay.

We had a really great time at this rental! It was the perfect location in town and we could walk to the beach. It was very roomy and comfortable. The only thing that I did not like was that I had to buy all extra necessities for our stay. There was no dish soap, extra paper towels, or extra trash bags.

The property is in a great location. Love walking out back door to exercise in the Carlin Park trail. Host was very nice and quick to respond when there were a few minor issues. Condo was clean. Plenty of towels, sheets and blankets. Kitchen was stocked with utensils, dishes and cookware. I was disappointed that there were very limited amenities so I had to make a trip to the store to buy hand soaps, dish soap, kitchen trash bags and paper products right after arriving but I should have read the description better. Overall, great place, great location and great host.

Great Location
This is a great location to relax and enjoy a beach vacation. There is a walking path around the park right behind the property, and you could walk to the beach, although with chairs, umbrella, etc., we decided to drive. I am a diver, and SCUBA diving was just a few miles away. We enjoyed meals at the Twisted Tuna in the community across the street several times, when we didn't cook at home. We would do this again!

Perfect Jupiter condo
My wife and I greatly enjoyed our stay in this Jupiter condo. Central to just about everything this unit is close to excellent dining and nightlife opportunities. Our host, Mark, was exceptional. He promptly responded to all contacts and helped to make our stay trouble-free. This unit is in great shape and has all the amenities we needed. Thanks Mark for everything!! We will look forward to returning some day and would highly recommend this unit to anyone!!

Good location
Property was as described, the park was directly outside your back door and the beach was a 1O minute walk. Apartment was clean, furniture a little dated, but comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. Not a luxury property as the pool needs an update, but proximity to the beach made up for it.

Great Location Close To Beach
The property is located just a short walk from the beach, across Carlin Park, a lovely public area with walking/exercise trail and fish pond. Superb cafe' on the beach side called Lazy Loggerhead (huge breakfasts, great coffee!), and nearby other great restaurants such as Food Shack on Hwy 1. Mark was very responsive in communicating when we had questions. Great vacation spot, thanks Mark!
