We absolutely loved our holiday. Maniatis gardens is beautiful and a great location. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Eleni was particularly exceptional. Everybody was friendly and always very helpful. Our apartment was lovely, very clean and it was decorated on arrival for our wedding anniversary.

An absolutely wonderful stay! The accommodation was incredibly cozy, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The beach is literally just 10 metres away, which made the location perfect. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and welcoming. The warm, family-like atmosphere made us feel right at home. Everything exceeded our expectations—we would happily return and highly recommend this lovely place!

Location was good.
Communication with the owner was poor. Booked and paid for three nights only to be advised that a mistake had been made and our first night’s accommodation could not be honoured. After much persuasion and pleading, Eleni the owner, found another accommodation for us on the first night at a neighbouring hotel. We were satisfied and asked her to confirm this in an email. A week before leaving Australia, we followed up with another request to receive written confirmation from Eleni, which never arrived. Therefore, we were not willing to turn up and find out we had nowhere to stay. Accordingly, we phoned and advised Eleni that we would not be arriving that first night as we had not received any written confirmation. Eleni claims to have phoned and left a confirmation on our Australian number, to which we did not have access since we left Australia. On arriving at Maniatis Garden on day two, we were advised by Eleni that there would not be any refund on the accommodation money we had paid for the first night’s accommodation and that both parties had lost out. Needless to say we were not impressed.
