I LOVE this little gem! Maria and her team are so welcoming and friendly, the place is beautifully located and even the showers - which are often not quite great in Greece - were superb. We will be back!

We love this place and keep going back. Small, homely, family-run with hosts who couldn’t be friendlier or more hospitable. It’s tucked away in the Kolios countryside away from the noise main road, but still only a 10-15min walk from the kolios and Agia Paraskevi beaches and restaurants. The pool area is great and we’ve never not been able to get a sun bed in three August stays. Rooms are styled like a boutique hotel, with a super comfy bed and overlook a small holding where you can watch the goings-on. Even the small restaurant is spot-on, we ate their several times and every mean was excellent.
It’s rural, so expect some cock-a-doodle-do-ing early mornings.

Polite and helpful staff. Our room in the basement had garden access.
We stayed in room 102 (basement) and we found the room had a smell of sewer. The room was very small for 2 persons with suit cases. The stairs to the upper storeys can be hard to manage for the elderly with bagage.
