loved our stay

wonderful pool & good sea view. Good central location for exploring the East Coast North & South & centre of island Troodos Mountains etc. Quiet in the evenings, nice to relax around the pool.

Very nice house!

A stunning house, large, exceeds expectations. Everything is in good condition. Upon arrival, the house was met with wine, bread and milk) There is an orchard on the territory: grapefruit, passion fruit, lime, pomegranate. The plot is large, about 15 acres. The house is equipped with everything necessary to the smallest detail. Cleanliness is everywhere, including in the pool. There are 3 recreation areas on the street: sun beds, dining room, relax. An excellent shade is created by the canopy of the veranda, there is always sun and shade for a good rest. The villa stands quite apart, the neighbors are adjacent only on one side, on the other side is the roadway(. The villa is located on a hill with a wonderful view of the sea. The beach in Protaras is 1.5 km away on foot. Renting a car for living in a villa is the most convenient solution. For shopping, a large Metro store.

There are disadvantages in the house for someone they are insignificant, but I can not say about them, they may be useful to guests or owners. - the house was searched for about an hour, there are no identification plates, the fence is completely in tall beautiful tuyas, and only the sign of the managing agency is on the fence. We looked for the house with our eyes, drove past it once or twice. - The house is located right next to the road (cars and motorcycles drive every 10 seconds from 6 am, at night less often every 30 seconds ), at the end of June there was a heat of +40 and when the windows are all open it is impossible to sleep, you can hear the road very much, cars go over your head. If the windows are closed, there are practically no sounds!, but then you will have to sleep with air conditioning. There are air conditioners in all rooms. But on the first floor there are 2 zones in the hall and the air conditioners did not work in both of them. The owners did not respond to requests. Not repaired. - I had to request towels for the pool and skewers / barbecue grill, as they are not provided at check-in. The request was fulfilled. We ask the agency to still equip the house with these things, these are the necessary things that tourists do not take with them from home. - The house has four bedrooms, three of them are not double beds!!!, but only 140 cm. Sleeping together, even for a small couple (50 and 75 kg), is a little cramped. My daughter of 13 years slept alone, like a queen. - a large number of ants in the house everywhere, including in closets and on the veranda. Do not leave food anywhere, otherwise an uninvited army is provided for you. Even in cereals in the cabinet (fig...) they start immediately)!! Photos are attached. - The deposit for the villa is 250€ After looking at other villas that are box to box and weighing all the pros and cons, Electra Villa is a good option for a family stay in Cyprus.

Excelent place!!!

House was very clean and comfortable. We were able to find everything we need. Pool is amazing :) It would be great to have few more keys for such big group of people ;)

Fantastically spacious villa with everything you will ever need for a beach holiday.

Size of the bedrooms, storage space and the living areas are superb. The pool is without a doubt the best aspect of the villa and is well maintained and always clean. Stocking the fridge with milk and water for the 1sat day is a highly appreciated touch.

The downstairs air conditioning units possibly need an upgrade to bring them in line with the upstairs units which are newer and perform better.

Really lovely pool! A great family holiday

The location is great and you are on your own with no one around you so it’s really nice when travelling with young children etc. The villa was modern & the pool was amazing! Especially at night with the lights. I loved the blinds in the villa too :-) shower pressure water was great also.

Needs a few new things like bbq, tables and more kitchen equipment as I had to ask for it as it did not have basic stuff like oven gloves, tea towels, scissors, potato peeler, small knife, coffee pods or welcome pack which let it down for me but after complaining we did get so that was great but it should be there on arrival!
