Service is exceptional. Laverne from guest relations was super attentive and helpful in making sure everything was well taken care of, including free shuttle bus arrangement to nearby Movie Town. The hospitality by the Chinese restaurant was also good. Bell boy services was also excellent.
Buffet breakfast food is pretty average and the service was lacking (not offered coffee or tea when we were seated, 15 min wait for cappuccino, no tissues on table) when we arrived at 640am. It looks like an under-staffing issue to me. This nearly offset the great work done by the other departments.
