Relaxing and enjoyable

Very characterful old house with antique furniture, two shady verandahs and large garden full of trees and birds. Very close to the sea. The lady managing the property was very helpful and friendly.

Amazing and memorable. Would definitely stay again with my group of friends.

Everything! What a cozy little home with rustic interiors, reminds me of those old times kampung houses with antiques! Love love them. House is super clean too and the outdoor garden area is really lovely

We had a couple of electricity trips on one of the nights but the home owner Ekin was very quick at taking action. She brought an electrician at night to fix the issue (it was close to midnight!) and I really appreciate all the help especially since it was already late.

Lovely place to stay, place is suitable for kids even for toddler

Everything about the place , the room , the garden, short walk to the beach, away from busy road is something to love about. The host was so kind to get the house cleaned daily and prepared the house well for us to ready to move in.

best family vacation, worth the money you spend for this kind of big space

big space for more than 8 pax where you can gather everyone all at 1 place. kitchen complete with refrigerator, microwave, basic cooking equipmenrts. only that we didnt have time to do BBQ due to raining n out own activities. walking distance to the beach

The location was perfect and literally 70 meters from the beach. It is a beautiful property and really suitable for families. If it was not due to the issues I faced, I will definitely return.

The place was very dirty and not cleaned thoroughly, despite me sharing the videos to the agent their cleaners did not do a good job. Example of the dirt, under the bed dead roaches, the bed sheet had red stains, dirt at every corner, the toilet seat was not cleaned, the floor was slimy, the kitchen rice cooker was dirty. As for the walls, they were stained with old lizard droppings. I have videos which I took to share with the agent and promised to be cleaned but not done. On the 2nd day at 4am the electricity tripped, I had kids with me and we all woke up, they only sent their team at 9am to take a look but couldn't fix it and we were already checking out. They promised to refund for 1 night but at the end they only agreed to compensate me for RM500 which is completely unacceptable as that refund was proposed for the discomfort we had over the cleanliness and unavailability of hot water from the shower heater.

Lovely getaway with friends, in this beautiful, rustic property by the beach.

The property was charming, its location right next to the beach was perfect. We were two families travelling together and the room configuration worked well for us and the facilities met our needs. One of the best things about the property were the terrace and large shaded garden, perfect for hosting a meal for friends on an evening with the garden lit up by fairy lights.... lovely!

The property was at first difficult to find. Many grab drivers struggled to find it. Although there were some that did. We got around this by walking to the Frangipani hotel, next door, and getting grabs to pick us up there and retaining the number of one of the drivers.

its coastal vibe. location is near to the beach. spacious yard and very privacy.

Loved our stay, enjoyed the privacy and location. Super quaint-tropical-house designed for your comfort

Cozy, almost felt like home. the host was friendly and accommodating -nothing beats great service! we had great time inside and outside of the house, the yard is huge! we even save hornbills within the yard area. the beach is just steps away.

the yard is huge, some trees needed trimming. a little landscaping and maintenance will enhance the experience. its unfortunate that we had to drove pass construction site to go to the house. hopefully the entrance route gets better when its all done.

Perfect for big groups

Very spacious and suitable for big family gathering. It is really near to the beach and not far from pantai Cenang. Staffs are very friendly and very attentive to our requests.

There’s a construction nearby, so it’s a bit hard for grab driver to locate this location. Washroom need a bit of maintenance and cleaning.

The garden is in need of tidying up. Hot shower is luke warm Bathroom door lock is needs improvement - not very practical.

Highly recommended for those are nature lovers, tradisional house,right to the beach which is very very clean.host Mr.Azmil was very responsive person,im forgot to request for room service but he called to remind me,its really helpful.Early morning fresh breath taking with bird & squirrel sounds around rumah jah,lovin it.
