Breakfast was really good, staff was very very helpful and responsive! The Villa was very clean and comfortable, each room has it's own bathroom and shower and bathtub, we travel with 2 babies so it was perfect for us! Location is right behind philosopher's path, very quiet area which we love. We stay there for 6 nights, truly enjoy it to the fullest.

We reserved 3-bedroom villa from this hotel and found everything amazing indeed! Typical Kyoto style. Appreciated every arrangement which this hotel prepared for our stay there. Highly recommend!
